My Story
I’m Georgie and 67 years ago my Mum started to holiday with her parents and grandparents when her Dad had his first car.
They loved going to the beach, with her Dad having one of the beach huts, just so he could put his primus stove inside and make his tea.
The years passed and I was taken there on holiday and loved the swans on the boating lake, to taking my son there for his first holiday, and now it’s time to enjoy the grandchildren visiting Goodrington for the first time.
Why Goodrington? It’s close enough to walk to everything you need, but far enough away to get some peace and relaxation.
The History of Braeside Mews
This beautiful holiday home was built in 1990, as an extension to the Marina House Hotel.
Marina House itself, set in secluded gardens and overlooking the sea, was originally built back in 1900 for the Canon of Exeter as a Summer retreat.
